WHEREAS, The floor committee has considered all overtures assigned to it and has concluded, for various reasons, that certain overtures should be declined; therefore be it

Resolved, That the following overtures be respectfully declined for the reasons given: Overture Subject Reason Ov. 7-11 To Strengthen Our Process for Supporting Our Concordias Overly broad; unfairly binds the boards of regents as to the fulfillment of their duties Ov. 7-13 To Ask That Concordia University Nebraska Local Regents Be Appointed Concordia University Nebraska Board of Regents already working to make necessary changes
