The 2026 Convention, in three phases.

The 69th Regular Convention spans four months across two cities. Floor committees meet at the LCMS International Center in St. Louis in late May. The convention proper opens at the Phoenix Convention Center on July 18. The triennium is sealed by the installation of new officers at Concordia Seminary in September.

      Open hearings where any registered observer may address a committee on proposed resolutions before they reach the floor.

      Procedural briefing for voting and advisory delegates: parliamentary practice, floor mechanics, voting devices.

      Divine service formally opening the 69th Regular Convention. Open to all attendees and observers.

      Convention Proceedings

      Open

      Five days of floor business — committee reports, debate, amendments, votes, and elections. The convention proper.
