Per-year extraction of overtures, reports, named delegates, and committee assignments is rolling out year by year, in priority order. The 2023 convention is the immediate pilot because its format closely matches 2026 and its public interest is highest.

Once 2023 is stable, ingestion will proceed backward through the digital-text era (≈2007–2019), then to OCR of high-quality scans (1969–2004), and finally to the Fraktur era. For now, the source PDFs above are the authoritative reference.
