WHEREAS, The Ann Arbor Campus of Concordia Wisconsin is located in Michigan; therefore be it
Resolved, That the president of the Michigan District, or a district vice-president as his standing representative, be regarded as avotingmemberofthe Concordia University Wisconsin/Ann Arbor (CUWAA) Board of Regents; and be it further
Resolved, That as a member of the board, the Michigan District president has a vote in the selection of the CUWAA president.
